SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
• Shipping policy differs from product to product, few products have free shipping as part of the promotional campaigns or offers but that doesn’t mean all other products will also have the same shipping policy. Few products might have paid shipping as well which you will be able to identify at the time of order booking as well.
• Customers are requested to share all relevant details while booking your order i.e. complete address details including area pin-code, email address & most frequently used contact number/ preferably WhatsApp number as these details are critical to shipping your orders on time & for necessary coordination.
• Once the order is received our team will immediately dispatch the products which are in stock and share the courier tracking link through WhatsApp so that you can also track the delivery status online directly.
• In cases where items are out of stock, our team will immediately notify you of the same and we will either arrange the product and ship to you in the next 8 to 10 working days or refund the money if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• Your order will be delivered on working days between Monday to Saturday, for pin-codes which are within city limits orders might get delivered within 5 to 7 working days, other pin-codes which are out of city limits might take an additional 3 to 4 days depending on the geographical location of the customer. There can be delays in delivery due to various external factors which are beyond our control.
